Your account
Keep a valid email and protect your credentials. Provide accurate information and do not impersonate others. Apple private relay emails are accepted. Optional profile fields may be skipped.
Crews and shared content
VeloCrew lets you plan rides, create routes, share photos and record shared expenses. You retain your content rights and authorize hosting, processing and display to provide the features you request. Only share content you may lawfully use and respect others’ privacy. Do not post illegal content, threats, harassment or material infringing rights. We may remove content or restrict accounts for violations; contact support to report a problem or request a review.
Routes, weather and safety
Routes, elevations, forecasts and times are indicative and may contain errors. Check actual conditions, signs, legal access and your fitness. VeloCrew does not physically organize or supervise rides and does not replace official information or emergency services. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Expenses and payments
Expenses record amounts and shares between participants. VeloCrew does not hold or transfer money; payments take place outside the app. Check amounts before confirming payment and resolve disagreements with participants.
Privacy and communications
The privacy policy explains our data processing. Messages needed for access, security and service management are separate from marketing. Marketing subscriptions are optional and can be withdrawn in Profile or through each email’s unsubscribe link. Accepting these terms does not subscribe you to advertising.
Changes and account closure
Request account deletion in the app or through support. If you are the sole owner of a Crew with other members, transfer ownership first; if there are no other members, you may delete the Crew. Requests are processed within 30 days, subject to legally required retention. We will communicate material changes to these terms and request renewed acceptance where appropriate.
Rights and contact
These terms do not limit mandatory consumer or data protection rights. Email admin@velocrew.es with questions, complaints or issues. Spanish law applies without affecting mandatory protections or courts available to you in your country of residence.
